Through their respective commitments, federated by their attachment to the Aix Marseille Provence region, they “collectively” represent a renewed image that asserts its past, reveals its present and projects itself into the future.

Marie-Laure is a chartered accountant. In 2007, she founded the IODA Consulting Group, which specialises in supporting innovative companies. In 2018, she was appointed member of the Innovation Commission of the National Association of Chartered Accountants, for her in-depth knowledge of specific taxation in innovation.
She is head of Fondation de Marseille and the Marseille au Pluriel collective, whose driving forces are links and solidarity, through the values of interculturality.

Based in Marseille for almost 15 years, Marine has worked for a number of major groups (3M, Essilor, Pernod Ricard and SFA). Today, she and her team are working for the aeronautical sector and, more generally, for industrial companies with high energy and technological challenges. A keen sportswoman (triathlon, Ironman), she loves a challenge!

Originally from Martigues, Maxime Picard runs CPMM – Coopérative de Presse et de Messagerie Méditerranéenne. Located in Gignac, it was set up in 2021 by former Presstalis employees and currently has 70 staff members. At the age of 39, Maxime Picard is driving the diversification of this social economy company by innovating in the public interest.
"I often say this to our potential customers: by ordering from CPMM, you're consolidating a cooperative and helping to maintain press distribution" affirms Maxime Picard.

The story of Aviaco began in 2014 after a weekend among friends. An Airbus Helicopters employee had been talking about the challenges of sourcing spare parts, prompting Nicolas Rovera to explore the brokerage market. In 2015, he founded Aviaco and made his first sale within just a few months. In 2017, he teamed up with Silvia Turco, whose efficiency led to strong growth in 2018. Aviaco has become a major player in the sector and a benchmark in the region.
Nicolas Rovera, founder and CEO of Aviaco, is a visionary entrepreneur who turned an opportunity into a success story, making Aviaco a key player in the helicopter spare parts market. Thanks to his leadership and business acumen, he has steered the company to constant growth, making Aviaco an undisputed leader our region.

Olivier Marchetti

A native of Marseille, Olivier Marchetti is a man of action and a strategist who combines entrepreneurial ambition with human values. His aim is to make Provence Studios a key player in tomorrow's cinema, combining creativity, technology and sustainability, and boosting the international influence of the southern region.
Committed to an eco-friendly approach, he is taking concrete steps to reduce the carbon footprint of film shoots and promote the use of local resources.

Managing Director / EJCAM - Aix-Marseille School of Journalism and Communication
Vice-President of Communications at Aix-Marseille University. She teaches and researches journalism. A journalist herself for around 10 years, she published a book on the regional daily press (La Découverte, 2021) and another on solutions journalism (PUG, 2020).
In 2020, Pauline published "Le journalisme de solution" (Solution Journalism) – to unite journalists around demanding, investigative practices and win back the trust of readers who had become highly critical of the media.

After a career dedicated to strategy and business development for global healthcare leaders in Asia and Europe, since the end of 2016 Pierre d'Epenoux has been at the helm of ImCheck Therapeutics, a biotech company that won €20.18 million from the France 2030 plan to accelerate its research into immunotherapy.
ImCheck Therapeutics is designing and developing a new generation of immunotherapy antibodies targeting butyrophilins, a new superfamily of immunomodulators discovered by Professor Daniel Olive at Institut Paoli-Calmettes and the CRCM in Marseille.

Pierre-André started out as an aeronautical engineer in France, Germany and India, before becoming a chef, which prompted him to think about the energy used in cooking.
Since 2013, he has been developing a solar cooker and an innovative, regenerative food system concept based on it.

With more than 20 years' experience in the international textile sector, she has held management positions in renowned groups such as HOM, Chantelle and Petit Bateau. As Managing Director, she demonstrated her expertise in strategic management and industrial transformation. Her commitment and impact on the industry earned her the Légion d'Honneur in 2016.
Régine Weimar is the founder and President of PROTECTUS, a company she set up in 2020 with a strong ambition: to replace disposable equipment in operating theatres with eco-friendly, reusable technical outfits, manufactured on a social integration site in Marseille (#MadeinFrance).

"I'm a Mega Geek" – An entrepreneur since 2015, Sami Chlagou has founded 6 international studios and launched 50+ games accumulating millions of downloads. A visionary, he is revolutionising the industry with Cross The Ages: TCG, leveraging blockchain technology and innovation. His leadership has propelled the studio to the forefront of the gaming world.
The heart of Cross The Ages lies in a bold concept: "creating a link between the virtual and the real thanks to NFTs". Players can collect digital cards, but also transform them into physical objects thanks to Reverse, a system that connects the digital and tangible worlds.

Association co-founder / Les Femmes du Plan d'Aou / Le Café des Femmes du Plan d'Aou
In 1998, she co-founded Les Femmes du Plan d'Aou en Action, an association that helps rehouse homeless single mothers, assists the elderly with their administrative paperwork and settles marital disputes.
In 2020, she set up Le Café des Femmes du Plan d'Aou (in partnership with Banlieues Santé), an innovative place dedicated to women in precarious situations, whether young or old, from all over Marseille.

At the head of Lauralba, a digital services company based in Aix, the President of Medinsoft, a network of digital entrepreneurs, has made listening and sharing her strength and her modus operandi. "As a female CEO, I'm always seeking to convince young women to choose the digital sector, because it's still too male-dominated and poses major challenges for the future.
We need to prepare for what's going to happen tomorrow, with digitisation, artificial intelligence and the automation of certain tasks that will save us time. But to save time, we're going to have to waste time on training. People are at the heart of the digital transformation" highlights Stéphanie.

Les acteurs du changement is a communication network – each of its members is likely to be called upon by “One Provence” to answer questions from national and international journalists, to speak at a “One Provence” Academy event, to testify at professional meetings, or to appear on communication media (web and print).
With their respective areas of expertise, they act asambassadors of know-how, and share the desire to share it with as many people as possible.
