Territorial Employer Brand” campaign
Behind the postcard, a dynamic economy
For its first national advertising campaigncampaign, One Provence has chosen to highlight some of the pillars of the economy of the Aix-Marseille-Provence economy s economy: historic sectors such as the Maritime and theAeronauticsnationally recognized activities such as healthcare researchbut also the local film, digital and energy industries industries, which have been booming in recent years, and global projects.
Montagne Sainte Victoire, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Martigues… like postcards postcardslike postcards, the campaign’s visuals showcase emblematic locations the codes of tourism advertising, and then turn them on their head.by highlighting the region’s strengths. This is because the region is home not only to leading companies, but also to an ecosystem of very small businesses, SMEs and start-ups with significant recruitment needs.
Above all, this campaign invites us to see Aix-Marseille-Provence in a new light. Our aim? To encourage employees, young graduates and managers in these high-voltage sectors to come to (or stay in) our region to build a career or a business while enjoying an exceptional living environment.

Actors for Transitions” campaign
Committed personalities who make Aix-Marseille shine
To contribute to its mission of enhancing the image of Aix-Marseille-Provence, One Provence launched the “Acteurs des Transitions” collective in February 2025.
Alongside the local media and supported by 40 personalities from a wide range of sectors, all committed to major transitions and attached to our region, this initiative aims to promote our know-how and collectively embody a fairer image of Aix-Marseille-Provence.
The media who selected our 1st ambassadors of the region are : La Provence, La Marseillaise, BFM Marseille, Made in Marseille, Mes Infos, L’Essentiel and Gomet.
10 specific key themes – The Transitions Actors represent both the 6 economic sectors of excellence (Health, Aeronautics & Mechanics, Maritime & Logistics, Digital & Creative Industries, Energy & Environment, Tourism & Art of Living) but also Culture, Sport, Higher Education & Research, as well as Impact & Social Inclusion.
With the claim “Le futur se joue ici” and a positive, dynamic art direction, this campaign introduces the local ecosystem to the Acteurs des Transitions program and its very first collective of ambassadors.

One Provence gives Aix-Marseille-Provence residents a voice
Who better than local residents to talk about what it’s like to live, work and study in our region?
At a time when 83% of Aix-Marseille-Provence residents recommend their city*, One Provence is turning this pride into video testimonials.
One Provence is officially launching the “Tous Ambassadeurs” program, a unique, participative initiative. Employees, managers, students… anyone can use their cell phone to record a short 30-second video in “selfie” mode, and share what they like, what motivates them, or what makes them proud to live here.
Built around live portraits and quotes from “real residents” from a wide variety of backgrounds (thanks to them!), this campaign reveals the Tous Ambassadeurs scheme. It invites viewers to watch the first videos online, and to share their stories via cell phone.
